Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G in India on 17 Sep 2026, and it's a phone that leans heavily into display quality. Up front is a 6.83 inches (17.35 cm) AMOLED display, running at a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and pushing out a sharp 1280x2772 px (FHD+) resolution.
Powering things is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8 GB of RAM — plenty of muscle for daily multitasking and heavier apps alike. On the software side, it ships with Android v16 out of the box.
The camera setup includes a rear camera system, while selfies and video calls are handled by a front camera for sharper, well-focused shots.
Storage is fixed at 128 GB, and the phone supports Dual SIM. In terms of build, it measures 163.45 mm x 78.27 mm x 8.46 mm and weighs 226 grams.
On connectivity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G supports 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack. Security is handled via a fingerprint sensor.
As of 5th November 2026, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G is priced starting at ₹36,998 in India.
