Vivo launched the vivo X300 512GB in India on December 3, 2025, and it's a phone that leans heavily into display quality. Up front is a 6.31 inches (16.03 cm) AMOLED display, running at a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and pushing out a sharp 12000 x 16000 Pixels resolution.
Powering things is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM — plenty of muscle for daily multitasking and heavier apps alike. On the software side, it ships with Android v16 (Origin OS) out of the box.
Selfies and video calls are handled by a 50 MP front camera for sharper, well-focused shots.
Storage is fixed at 256 GB / 512 GB, and the phone supports Dual SIM. In terms of build, it measures 150.57 mm x 71.92 mm x 7.95 mm and weighs 190 grams.
